About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechanical Design Engineer to join our team at Singam Auto Service Ltd. As a key member of our product development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing innovative mechanical systems for our automotive products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify design opportunities and develop solutions for mechanical systems
  • Design and develop mechanical components and systems using computer-aided design (CAD) software
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design meets performance, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain design documentation and technical specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in mechanical design and development
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor)
  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems and design principles
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
