Street Outreach Worker

We are seeking a skilled Street Outreach Worker to join our team at The Salvation Army Canada and Bermuda Territory. As a key member of our community support team, you will work with vulnerable populations, providing essential services and support to those in need.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing individualized support and guidance.
- Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized plans to address client needs.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, tracking client progress and program outcomes.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
- 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations, preferably in a community outreach setting.
- Post-secondary education in a related field, such as social work or counseling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability.
