Ardene HR Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated HR Advisor to join our team.

As an HR Advisor at Ardene, you will play a pivotal role in supporting all business units across the organization. Your responsibilities will include leading engagement initiatives, driving key projects impacting the employee experience, and streamlining internal communications.

Employee Experience:

  • You will plan and evaluate semi-annual Leadership Development Forums, including assessing gaps and researching learning opportunities.
  • Administering the annual Employee Opinion Survey and supporting results cascade is also part of your duties.
  • You will collaborate with various teams to define Employee Experience Objectives and related action plans.
  • Your tasks will include developing employee/pulse surveys, analyzing information, identifying gaps, and providing recommendations for change based on feedback.
  • You will lead and support various projects related to the employee experience across all business units.

Internal Communications:

  • Leading the internal corporate newsletter process, gathering information from collaborators, drafting and creating content, and maintaining the corporate website's communications section are among your responsibilities.
  • You will maintain the Communications Roadmap content calendar to ensure timely and relevant internal communications.
  • Your duties will also include supporting the implementation of the corporate communications roadmap and related engagement initiatives, partnering with the Office Manager and Marketing team as needed.
  • You will collaborate with the Head of Human Resources and executive management team, as well as different departments across the company, to co-create and deliver transparent internal communications about key initiatives and monthly company updates using various forms of communication and platforms.
  • You will work closely with the Marketing team on various mandates (external communications, events, social media, social responsibility, etc.).
  • You will work in close collaboration with the Manager, Culture & Engagement, and other key internal partners to ensure alignment and optimal use of communication channels and tools.
  • Other tasks or projects as required.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
