Job Summary

As a Personal Support Worker in our Reactivation Care Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist nursing personnel in delivering personal care to residents, performing procedures and treatments as instructed, and supporting the activities of daily living.

This is a full-time regular position with 8-hour shifts, working days in the Reactivation Care Centre Unit 2 & 3. We offer a competitive total compensation package, including benefits, pension, and vacation.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Personal Support Worker (PSW) certificate from a College of Applied Arts and Technology, 1-2 years of experience in inpatient Geriatric/Rehab or Long-Term Care, and demonstrated knowledge of infection control practices.

You will also need to be able to communicate effectively with elderly people and colleagues, work well in a team environment, and possess excellent customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
