Job Title: Territory Manager, Lanaudière and Laval East

Are you a results-driven professional looking to excel in a dynamic and challenging role? Do you have a passion for sales and marketing in the pharmaceutical industry? We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Territory Manager to join our team in Lanaudière and Laval East.

Job Summary:

The Territory Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Lanaudière and Laval East territories. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and implementing effective sales and marketing plans.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and market share in the Lanaudière and Laval East territories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including pharmacies, banners, universities, associations, clinics, hospitals, and PMS professional services.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop and implement effective sales and marketing plans to capture new market share.
  • Represent Pharmascience at social and sports events organized by customers and industry partners.
  • Participate in pharmaceutical congresses and purchasing fairs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments.
  • Participate in pharmacy training events and programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Transmit information to the office regarding market problems, customer concerns, lost or won molecules, or competition information.
  • Stay informed about new developments in the health sector and understand the company's products and therapeutic classes to effectively communicate with customers.
  • Assist the Accounts Receivable department to ensure customer accounts are up-to-date and intervene as needed.
  • Use MyPills to enter and keep up-to-date all necessary and relevant information regarding accounts, including sales meetings, contact details, account performance, and any other information required to manage accounts.
  • Analyze sales progress by account and develop strategic plans to win/keep market share in each account.
  • Use CAPP to control territory expenses and maximize the organization's profitability.
  • Develop and work from an annual business plan for the territory.
  • Work within the framework of the annual promotional budget (BBF).
  • Responsible for keeping up-to-date a business review of the activities of his territory.
  • Regularly submit expense reports.
  • Contact the Pharmacovigilance department when aware of an adverse effect associated with a Pharmascience Inc. product.
  • Report product quality complaints and adverse effects to the appropriate departments in accordance with internal procedures.
  • Respect the code of ethics of the company, the Gx industry as well as that of business customers.
  • Respect the CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION POLICY of Pharmascience.

  • Able to easily communicate in French (Written and Spoken) Mandatory.
  • Available to travel within the Territory (Lanaudière & East Laval).
