About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Landscaping Supervisor to join our team at T.D Mann Landscaping Ltd. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for planning and directing grounds maintenance, organizing and directing construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls, and managing and supervising landscape construction work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and direct grounds maintenance activities to ensure high-quality results and efficient use of resources.
  • Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative walls, and other landscape features to meet client specifications and deadlines.
  • Manage and supervise landscape construction work, including coordinating with contractors and ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
  • Repair and maintain equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support project requirements.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities
  • Work under pressure to meet deadlines and client expectations.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail to ensure high-quality results.
  • Work a standard 40-hour week, with occasional overtime as required.
  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
