This is an exciting opportunity in Cossette Media's programmatic media team. The programmatic team is an integrated, in-house team that operates transparently, working closely with strategy, 360 media planning, creative, and analytics teams. Our mandate is to design and activate world-class programmatic media strategies with industry-leading results for our clients' businesses. We are product owners and champions, driving innovation in strategy, testing, measurement, and operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Creating world-class programmatic programs and strategies for top-tier clients
  • Supporting 360 planners in creating programmatic-first media plans
  • Developing and monitoring best practices for DSPs
  • Training and mentoring programmatic coordinators and specialists
  • Partnering with the director of programmatic to ensure effective delivery
  • Engaging with publishers, DSPs, ad exchanges, and industry partners
  • Managing performance, budget, financial, and time management

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of programmatic trading experience
  • Experience with demand-side platforms (Google Display and Video 360, Amazon Advertising, The Trade Desk, Verizon Media) and ad servers (Google Campaign Manager) and DMPs (Adobe Audience Manager, GA360)
  • Advanced understanding of Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Exceptional analytical and copywriting skills, with strong knowledge of math and statistics
  • Team player with a proactive attitude and a burning desire to succeed
  • Driven by a curiosity to leverage AI tools to advance our clients' work and objectives
