Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.


Key Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the restaurant's budget to ensure cost-effective operation.
  • Staff Supervision: Oversee the performance of restaurant staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Cash Handling: Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms.
  • Sales Growth: Implement strategies to increase sales and drive business growth.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive exceptional service, resolving any complaints or concerns in a timely manner.

Requirements
  • Education: College/CEGEP degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff. Proficiency in budgeting and financial management.
