We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Dental Assistant to join our team at Docbraces Victoria in Victoria, BC. Key Responsibilities
  • Bring patients in for their visit with enthusiasm, building personal connections at every step.
  • Ensure optimal hygiene treatment based on clinical findings and patient goals for comprehensive oral health.
  • Possess a desire to help, educate, and improve patients' lives through exceptional care.
  • Prepare and maintain dental instruments, supplies, and equipment, ensuring a clean and sterile clinical area.
  • Maintain a positive attitude and work cohesively with fellow team members to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Dental Assistant experience.
  • A completed CDA (Completion of NDAEB Exam).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, to make patients feel comfortable and at ease.
  • Great time management and organizational skills to navigate a fast-paced environment.

Experience in an orthodontic office is preferred but not required. An Orthodontic Module is considered an asset but not necessary. We are an equal opportunity employer dedicated to creating a diverse and inclusive culture.

Estimated salary range: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This estimate is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
