About the Role

We are seeking an experienced LPN to join our interprofessional health care team. As a LPN, you will utilize nursing processes, critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills to provide safe, quality patient and family centered care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans that reflect the unique needs and goals of each patient
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current on best practices and evidence-based care
Requirements
  • Current registration with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of Alberta (CLPNA)
  • Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP) certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including periods of standing, bending, walking and lifting
