Job Title: Painting and Wallpapering Contractor

We are seeking a skilled Painting and Wallpapering Contractor to join our team at ELITEOX HOMES INC.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising workers and projects, coordinating and scheduling activities, setting up machines and equipment, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise workers and projects to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Coordinate and schedule activities to maximize efficiency and productivity.
  • Set up machines and equipment to ensure safe and effective operation.
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in the field, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work outdoors in noisy, dusty environments.
  • Ability to work in construction, installation, residential, and repair settings.
  • Ability to supervise 3-4 people, including painters, decorators, working groups, plasterers, and drywall installers and finishers.
  • Ability to pass a criminal record check.
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as required.
