Job Title: Financial Functional Advisor

As a Financial Functional Advisor at NBC, you will play a key role in shaping the bank's financial systems and processes. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving business growth and improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning and execution of supplier onboarding projects, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration.
  • Implement automated value-added purchasing processes for various sectors, streamlining procurement and reducing costs.
  • Provide operational and informational support to business partners, ensuring they have the necessary tools and resources to succeed.
  • Optimize SAP and procure-to-pay system access management, ensuring secure and efficient access for authorized personnel.
  • Proactively communicate results, issues, and risks related to assigned responsibilities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Contribute to the preparation of process documentation and functional configuration, ensuring clarity and consistency across teams.
  • Work collaboratively in an agile team environment, leveraging collective expertise to drive business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • Industry-related bachelor's degree and relevant experience in purchasing or accounts payable management.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to popularize and synthesize complex information for diverse audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and focus on results-driven outcomes.
  • Knowledge of or interest in learning the Safe Scrum model.
Language Requirements:
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with service providers and partners.
