Job Title: Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Podium Catchers Consultant Inc.

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will be responsible for analyzing market research data to improve business decisions and activities, assisting in product development, and developing events for publicity, fundraising, and information purposes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze market research data to inform business decisions and activities
  • Assist in product development and launch
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote sales and services
  • Direct the marketing team and ensure effective communication
  • Evaluate communication strategies and programs
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in business development or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • MS Office skills
  • Experience in digital media and advertising
  • Knowledge of business analysis and marketing principles
