Key Responsibilities:
- Process written prescriptions and refill requests, ensuring accurate and timely completion.
- Input patient and prescription information into our computer system, maintaining data integrity and security.
- Manage stock, perform expiry date checks, and maintain inventory levels to ensure efficient operations.
- Adhere to merchandising programs, operational procedures, and company policies to maintain a high level of service quality.
- Communicate effectively with pharmacists to ensure accurate billing and patient care.
Requirements:
- Completion of an accredited Pharmacy Assistant Program or 2 years of dispensary experience.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional results.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patients and colleagues.
- Kroll computer experience is an asset.
