About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Strategy & Client Experience team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a Senior CX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' experiences by putting people first.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customer experiences that meet the needs of our clients, leveraging research, analysis, co-creation, and design thinking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility of customer experiences and develop recommendations and customer journeys.
  • Intervene on ad-hoc projects to ensure alignment with customer strategies and prioritized experiences.
  • Elevate the CX Design practice within the team and promote customer-centricity throughout the organization.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar position related to consumer research, experience design, and CX.
  • Excellent quality of writing and presentation, both oral and visual.
  • Proficiency in languages, with a focus on communication and collaboration.
  • Strong skills in empathy, initiative, learning agility, resiliency, and teamwork.
