Senior CX Designer Job Description

As a Senior CX Designer at Banque Nationale du Canada, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' experiences. Your passion for understanding customer behaviors, expectations, and needs will drive the creation of innovative solutions that put people first.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design customer experiences that meet strategic vision, customer data, best practices, and interview insights.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure the feasibility of customer experiences.
  • Intervene on ad-hoc projects to align solutions with customer strategies and prioritized experiences.
  • Elevate the CX Design practice in the team and promote customer-centricity within the organization.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in consumer research, experience design, or CX.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills, both oral and visual.
  • Language proficiency (English).
  • Strong communication, diversity, and inclusion skills.
