About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Strategy & Client Experience team at Banque Nationale du Canada. As a Senior CX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our clients' experiences by putting people first.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop customer experiences that meet the needs of our clients, leveraging research, analysis, co-creation, and design thinking.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of customer experiences.
  • Contribute to the evolution of our CX Design practice and serve as an ambassador for customer-centricity within the organization.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role related to consumer research, experience design, and CX.
  • Excellent quality of writing and presentation, both oral and visual.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment and adapt to changing priorities.
