Job Summary

Tecsys is a leading innovator in supply chain solutions, partnering with industry leaders to transform their supply chains through technology. We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for Hospital Materials Management to join our professional services team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the data collection and configuration of the Tecsys solution, collaborating with the project team to identify customer needs and define business processes.
  • Build strong relationships with customers to guide them in their integration of the Tecsys software.
  • Develop expertise in supply chain management, consulting, and application knowledge.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of supply chain software solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent.
  • 2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience, or equivalent experience as a product/solution specialist.
  • Fundamental understanding of Accounting and General Ledger journal entry and reconciliation.
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting aptitude.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and French, with strong proficiency in written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of hospital in-patient pharmacy operations.
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication.
  • Knowledge of hospital supply/inventory management and Project Management.
  • Understanding of supply and inventory management.
  • Technical aptitude.
  • Business acumen.
