About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual with a passion for Hospital Materials Management to join our Professional Services team at Tecsys. As an Implementation and Business Process-focused Associate, you will drive the data collection and configuration of our supply chain software solutions, collaborating with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the data collection and configuration of Tecsys solutions
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify customer needs and define business processes
  • Build on-site rapport with customers to guide them in their integration of Tecsys software
  • Develop strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Accounting, or equivalent
  • ~2+ years of direct software implementation and consulting experience
  • Fundamental understanding of Accounting and General Ledger journal entry and reconciliation
  • Knowledge of hospital in-patient pharmacy operations
  • Strong proficiency in both written and verbal English communication
  • Strong proficiency in French in both written and verbal communication
