Overview

The Wireless Station INC. is seeking a highly skilled Lead Retail Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day activities of our retail stores.

This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a supervisory or management position, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving operational efficiency.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.

The successful candidate will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.

Job Description

As a Lead Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Supervising staff and ensuring they have the necessary training and resources to perform their jobs effectively;
  • Hiring and training new employees, as well as managing payroll administration;
  • Managing cash handling and inventory control procedures;
  • Preparing reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters;
  • Resolving customer complaints and supply shortages;
  • Organizing and maintaining inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise;
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience in a supervisory or management position, preferably in a retail environment;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions quickly;
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college education an asset;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
