You will also be responsible for preparing financial information for individuals, departments or companies, preparing reports and audit findings, and preparing financial statements and reports. Additionally, you will recommend improvements to accounting systems and management practices, conduct field audits of businesses to ensure compliance with provisions of the Income Tax Act, the Canadian Business Corporations Act or other statutory requirements, and prepare income tax returns from accounting records.

Requirements
  • Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation
  • 3-4 years of experience in accounting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
