The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Marketing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Brand, Content, and Creative teams to develop and execute social media campaigns, foster meaningful connections with our audiences, and contribute to the growth of our brands.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create multimedia content and write captions for brand social content, working closely with the Content Team and Creative Team.
  • Develop social media campaigns for cross-functional initiatives, utilizing Meltwater for monitoring and sharing insights with other teams.
  • Manage the social media content calendar and approval process with agency, brand, and content teams, scheduling content in Meltwater.
  • Monitor direct messages for complaints and coordinate with Customer Care, proactively engaging with the accounts we follow on Instagram, Twitter, and other platforms.
  • Report on campaigns and contribute to quarterly reports, providing support for communication and marketing initiatives as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Over 3 years of progressively responsible experience in similar roles, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing space and social media.
  • Proficiency in using Social/Media Platforms (such as Meltwater) and project management software (Smartsheet) is advantageous.
  • Good understanding of Photoshop and/or similar graphic design software, with a creative and open approach to new ideas.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within small multi-departmental teams, with strong interpersonal skills and a passion for content development and customer service.
