About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Services Partner to join our team at Shannex Incorporated. As a key member of our Clinical Services Team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality resident care in our Long-Term Care communities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with our Clinical Services Team, Regional Teams, and Long-Term Care Communities to provide quality resident care and support.
  • Conduct routine clinical and infection prevention and control audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Accreditation standards.
  • Monitor and analyze findings and trends related to regulatory requirements, quality indicators, and clinical outcomes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement Quality Action Plans in collaboration with Long-Term Care Communities and Regional Teams.
  • Support the development of clinical education plans for employees and lead clinical program committees at the organizational level.
  • Research and recommend evidence-based clinical practices and innovations to improve clinical practice, quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in nursing, preferably with a Master of Nursing or Master of Science in Nursing degree. You should have a minimum of five years of nursing experience, including clinical, administrative, and leadership experience in a Long-Term Care or retirement living environment. A passion for the healthcare sector and a commitment to ensuring seniors have access to quality accommodations, services, and care are essential.
