Clinical Services Manager Job Description

Ghias U.D. Butt Medicine Professional Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our medical department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of healthcare services, directing daily operations, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Manage contracts and coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff
  • Consult with senior managers and government officials to ensure alignment with organizational objectives
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Reliability, client focus, and team player
Work Environment:

The Clinical Services Manager will work in a medical clinic setting, with a team of 5-10 people. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a similar environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
