Job Title: Medical Clinic Director

Job Summary:
Delta Medical Clinic is seeking a highly skilled Medical Clinic Director to lead our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the clinic, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care, and promoting a positive work environment.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the management of clinic staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective clinic operations
Collaborate with the medical team to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care
Manage the clinic's budget and resources to ensure financial sustainability

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role in a medical setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment:

On-site work only
No remote work options
