Clinical Services Manager Job Description

Ghias U.D. Butt Medicine Professional Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Services Manager to lead our medical department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of healthcare services, directing daily operations, and evaluating their effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the delivery of healthcare services within the department
  • Direct and control daily operations, ensuring efficient use of resources
  • Evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures to ensure financial sustainability
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures for the delivery of healthcare services
  • Hire, train, direct, and motivate staff to achieve departmental goals
  • Manage contracts and negotiate with vendors to secure the best deals
  • Coordinate the work of doctors, nurses, and other staff to ensure seamless patient care
  • Consult with boards of directors, senior managers, and government officials to stay informed about industry developments
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary medicine, or optometry
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years in a leadership role
  • Work setting: Medical clinic
  • Computer and technology knowledge: MS Outlook, MS Word
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, ability to distinguish between colors, repetitive tasks
  • Personal suitability: Client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, organized, team player, reliability
