Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join our team at Galaxy Flooring and Renovation. The successful candidate will be responsible for directing and controlling daily operations, establishing and implementing policies and procedures, and managing contracts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Direct and control daily operations to ensure efficient and effective use of resources
    • Establish and implement policies and procedures to maintain a positive and productive work environment
  • Contract Management
    • Manage contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Employee Relations
    • Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform HR decisions
    • Advise senior management on HR-related matters
    • Organize staff consultation and grievance procedures to resolve conflicts and improve employee engagement
  • Payroll and Benefits
    • Oversee payroll administration to ensure accurate and timely payment of employees
  • Performance Management

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience
    • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a Human Resources role
  • Skills
    • Strong leadership and management skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
