Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Coordinate Food Preparation: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, preparing and submitting reports as needed.
- Team Management: Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys, establish work schedules, and maintain a positive team environment.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Work Hours: 30 to 35 hours per week.
