Restaurant Shift Manager

Local Pizza is seeking a skilled Shift Manager to join our team. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food is prepared to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish and manage work schedules to meet business needs
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and review reports to ensure that food costs, labor costs, and other key performance indicators are within acceptable limits
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, and that the restaurant is maintained in a clean and safe environment
- 1-2 years of experience in a food service or hospitality environment
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
