Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Marketing Automation Manager to join our marketing team. As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing automation initiatives to drive business growth and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing automation strategies to improve lead generation, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build and optimize marketing automation workflows, including email marketing, lead nurturing, and campaign execution.
- Design and execute A/B testing and experimentation to optimize marketing automation campaigns and improve ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform marketing strategy and improve campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, social media, and email newsletters.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation trends, best practices, and industry standards, applying this knowledge to improve marketing automation processes and strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing strategy, campaign execution, and marketing automation.
- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, with familiarity of B2B marketing to enterprise businesses.
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing Automation or a similar role in the B2B technology industry.
- Expert knowledge of database management concepts and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation, campaign delivery, conversion rate optimization, and marketing automation implementation best practices.
