Job Description

The Department Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing all day-to-day department office operations, including ordering office supplies, coordinating meeting spaces, and assisting with office setup. Additionally, this role will assist with conference and event coordination, content creation, and intranet site maintenance.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage office operations, ensuring a productive and efficient work environment;
  • Assist with conference and event planning, including agenda management and participant lists;
  • Create and maintain internal content sites, ensuring timely updates and accurate information;
  • Support PowerPoint presentation design and small video editing tasks;
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A university degree or equivalent experience;
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook;
  • Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills;
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively within a hybrid team environment;
  • Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail;

Location and Salary

This opportunity is located in RBC CENTRE, 155 WELLINGTON ST W, TORONTO, Canada. The estimated annual salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 CAD, based on industry standards and location.
