We work together with autonomous client teams to find solutions, strategies, messages, ideas, and innovations that we all believe in. One of our key principles is supporting our clients to achieve their goals.

The salary for this role in Toronto, Ontario will be approximately CAD$65,000 per year.

This is a unique opportunity to join our creative department as a coordinator, supporting the day-to-day flow of our team. You will be the right-hand to our Head of Creative, also working closely with the Creative Directors to ensure our projects are well-organized and run smoothly.

You must be agile, highly organized, and resourceful – you should be comfortable with managing multiple tasks and priorities. Your goal will be to free up our creatives from administrative duties so they can focus on delivering world-class creative work.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating resourcing and forecasting for the creative department
  • Managing multiple schedules across the department, including the Head of Creative
  • Anticipating and coordinating freelance/external resources
  • Communicating project status and reports to stakeholders
  • Understanding and ensuring compliance with various areas across the department (creative, print, production, digital)

Requirements include prior experience in a similar creative environment, ability to manage people and projects on time and on budget, and a passion for the operations of a creative industry.
