Job Title: Sales and Trade Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sales and Trade Development Representative to join our team at Finica Food Specialties Ltd. As a Sales and Trade Development Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with independent trade and food service customers, promoting our products and services, and negotiating sales prices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with independent trade and food service customers
  • Promote our products and services to new and existing customers
  • Negotiate sales prices and terms with customers
  • Manage the current roster and new opportunities with our global portfolio of products
  • Grow the HMR category at all applicable accounts
  • Create and manage sales budgets, forecasting, gross profit, P/L, EBIT, pricing, and retail distributor retails
  • Conduct monthly updates with customer channels and quarterly updates with senior customer personnel
  • Participate in weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reviews with our leadership team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of direct food sales experience and knowledge within the GTA and Southern Ontario market
  • Reliable transportation for travel
