About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team at Tajpur Investments Ltd. as a key member of our HR department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives, ensuring a high-performing workforce that drives business success.
  • Talent Acquisition and Development: Design and execute recruitment strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent, as well as develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Experience and Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes employee well-being, engagement, and retention, through various initiatives and programs.
  • Policy Development and Implementation: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures that comply with relevant laws and regulations, ensuring a fair and equitable work environment.
  • Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution: Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related matters, including conflict resolution, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Payroll Administration and Benefits: Oversee payroll administration, benefits, and compensation programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain HR metrics and analytics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives, providing insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in HR, with a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR strategy.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
