Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Lush Skincare Specialist to join our team. As a key player in delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will be responsible for driving sales and building brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Experience: Utilize StoreForce dashboard results to exceed sales goals, and consistently deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers and identifying their needs.
  • Building the Brand: Educate customers on our brand values and expertly articulate these values in-store and through community engagement by hosting store parties and other initiatives.
  • Product Passion: Continually expand your product knowledge to confidently recommend products to customers.
Requirements
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Deliver exceptional customer experiences and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to changing situations and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of Skincare: Have a passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business practices.
