Job Title: Transportation Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Transportation Supervisor to join our team at Canamex-Carbra Transportation Services Inc.

Job Summary:

The Transportation Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the daily activities of our transportation team, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods and services. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and supervise the daily activities of the transportation team
  • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods and services
  • Develop and implement transportation plans and schedules
  • Monitor and control transportation costs
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
  • Provide technical advice and guidance to team members
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback
  • Identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in transportation or logistics
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Work Environment:

The Transportation Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and heavy workloads. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
