Senior Commercial Mortgage Sales Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Mortgage Sales Director to join our team at Accoravillage. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Solicit and receive orders for the purchase and sale of securities offered on a wholesale basis to financial advisors within the defined Sales Territory.
- Conduct sales activities, including specific sales meetings, phone conversations, and email correspondence with clients and prospects within the Sales Territory.
- Submit weekly activity reports to the Managing Director, National Sales and record sales activities using client relationship management software.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director, National Sales and Business Development Manager to execute an annual territory business plan focused on long-term advisor relationships and driving sales results.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- ~5-7 years of sales experience in the financial services industry is an asset.
- ~ Strong network of CIRO IIROC advisors and dealers.
- ~ CIM, CFA, CFP, and MBA are assets.
- ~ Professional working proficiency in Mandarin is required.
