We are seeking a highly skilled Security Professional to join our team. As a key member of our national leading Security Company, you will have the opportunity to utilize your decision-making and strong communication skills to ensure site security and safety.

Key Responsibilities

This role includes applying your knowledge of safety procedures to respond to emergencies, ensuring site safety protocols are followed, and maintaining strict confidentiality and integrity of data and information. You will also be responsible for conducting traffic and pedestrian control at site access points, patrolling assigned areas to ensure security, monitoring the environment for safety infractions or hazards, and reporting any irregularities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication and decision-making skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Leadership attributes such as professionalism, integrity, and an active interest in promoting safety in the workplace are essential. Additionally, you must be willing to take courses as required by Paladin Security or by the client. This is a part-time position with varied shifts available.
