Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Stigg Security Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct investigations to locate missing persons and perform security checks of passengers and luggage.
  • Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments, working closely with law enforcement and other security personnel as needed.
  • Produce reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and security activities.
  • May be required to appear in court as a witness, providing testimony and supporting the company's interests.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
  • Physical stamina to perform security duties, including standing for long periods and responding to emergency situations.
