Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Security Officer to join our team at Stigg Security Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security and customer service, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist clients and guests with special needs, providing a high level of customer service and ensuring their safety and well-being.
  • Conduct investigations to locate missing persons and perform security checks of passengers and luggage.
  • Prevent and detect shoplifting and theft in retail establishments, working closely with colleagues to maintain a secure environment.
  • Produce reports and provide evidence to support investigations, using strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Check age identification of patrons and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a security-related role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
Working Conditions

This is a permanent, full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

The working language is English.
