Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Director to join our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre.

About the Role

This is a full-time position responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, evaluating departmental operations, and managing daily tasks.

  • The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
  2. Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
  3. Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
  4. Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training.
  5. Interview, hire, and provide training for staff members.
  6. Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  7. Work closely with the management team to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
