Administrative Operations Director

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Director to join our team at Harmony Hills Early Learning Academy and Youth Centre.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position responsible for co-ordinating administrative services, evaluating departmental operations, and managing daily tasks.
- The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills.
- Co-ordinate administrative services, including records management, security, finance, purchasing, and human resources.
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
- Direct and advise staff engaged in providing administrative services and ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently.
- Hire and train new staff members or arrange for their training.
- Interview, hire, and provide training for staff members.
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
- Work closely with the management team to achieve operational goals.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
