We are seeking a proactive, analytical, and personable Senior Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with a track record of success.

The estimated salary for this position is around $120,000-$150,000 per year, depending on location and experience.

Job Description

This role involves owning an enterprise portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction and retention metrics are met and exceeded. You will build and maintain strong relationships at all levels, provide best practices and support by understanding each customer's individual needs, and offer high levels of consultation.

You will be responsible for:

  • Strategic ownership of a customer portfolio over the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Successful creation and ownership of up-to-date account plans to grow strong customer relationships.
  • Customer participation in case studies, testimonials, and references.
  • Influencing Citylitics' strategy and the Product roadmap through the extraction and sharing of customer feedback.
  • Maintenance of a developed in-depth knowledge of your customers' industry, technology, products, and services.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • 5+ years of B2B Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales experience.
  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics and platforms.
  • Demonstrated experience in owning and leading the development of strategies on assigned accounts.
  • A proven track record in building executive relationships and managing a large book of business.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Experience with executive-level communication, engagement, and presentation skills.
