We are looking for a proactive, analytical, and personable Senior Customer Success Manager to join our rapidly growing team.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales with a track record of success.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for owning an enterprise portfolio to ensure customer satisfaction and retention metrics are met and exceeded.

The role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships at all levels, providing the customer with best practices and support by understanding each customer's individual needs.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will also be responsible for influencing Citylitics' strategy and the Product roadmap through the extraction and sharing of customer feedback to relevant internal stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the infrastructure industry, technology, products, and services.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining a developed in-depth knowledge of their customers' industry, technology, products, and services.

The role will also involve visibility at the customers' executive level to drive awareness of Citylitics' offerings and value at a macro level.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for maintaining good data hygiene across their portfolio within the Customer Success team's CRM and other relevant tracking systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in building executive relationships, developing champions within our customer base, while managing a $2m+ book of business and exceeding gross retention targets.

The Senior Customer Success Manager will be responsible for leading projects end-to-end and working with and leveraging internal resources to get things done.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with executive-level communication, engagement, and presentation skills.
