Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Wei Li. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personal care and companionship to seniors in their own homes, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, such as feeding, toileting, and mobility
  • Provide companionship and social interaction to clients, engaging them in activities and conversations
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, considering clients' dietary needs and preferences
  • Assist clients with medication management and other health-related tasks
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical ability to perform tasks that require standing, walking, and lifting
Work Environment
