Job Title: Home Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Home Support Worker to join our team at Nurjehan Lalani. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks to our clients in their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with regular exercise, such as walking
  • Feed or assist with feeding
  • Launder clothing and household linens
  • Mend clothing and linens
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties
  • Provide companionship
  • Provide personal care
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Reliability and punctuality
Work Environment:

Our clients live in their own homes, and as a Home Support Worker, you will work in a non-smoking environment.

Security and Safety:

We require a criminal record check for all applicants.

This role involves repetitive tasks and requires the ability to lift and move objects.
