Job Title: Home Support Worker

Meralona Quim is seeking a reliable and compassionate Home Support Worker to join our team. As a Home Support Worker, you will provide personalized care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Administer bedside and personal care to clients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
  • Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Prepare and serve nutritious meals, taking into account clients' dietary needs and preferences.
  • Assist clients with light housekeeping and cleaning duties, maintaining a safe and healthy environment.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, engaging in activities that promote their physical and mental well-being.
  • Administer medications and collect specimens as required.
  • Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and linen management.
  • Shop for food and household supplies, ensuring clients have access to essential items.
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Paramedical services coverage.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Hours of Work:
