Job Title: Benefits Coordinator

CB Canada is seeking a skilled Benefits Coordinator to support our client in the Software Sector.

Job Summary

The Benefits Coordinator will provide administrative support to the client as they coordinate and implement their employee group benefits model with 41+ vendors across various global territories.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate signatures of contracts between vendors and global signatories
  • Provide administration support on various HR-related projects
  • Research, compare, negotiate, and implement group benefits packages
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Benefits Support Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, Benefits Analyst, or Payroll Specialist
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with employee benefits operations, preferably globally
Preferred Qualifications
  • Large organization experience
Work Arrangements

Remote work from Toronto, ON
