Job Title: Benefits Coordinator
CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Benefits Coordinator to join our team. As a Benefits Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our client in the Software Sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to our client in coordinating and implementing their employee group benefits model with multiple vendors across various global territories.
- Coordinate the signing of contracts between vendors and global signatories.
- Offer administrative support on various HR-related projects.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as a Benefits Support Specialist, Benefits Coordinator, Benefits Analyst, or Payroll Specialist.
- Proven experience in researching, comparing, negotiating, and implementing group benefits packages.
- Must have experience in employee benefits operations, preferably globally.
- Excellent communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a large organization.
Work Arrangement:
Remote work arrangement available.
