About This Role

As a Senior Analyst, People Analytics & HRIS, you will play a vital role in generating data-driven insights that will enhance the employee experience and support the company's strategic goals. This is an opportunity to apply your technical expertise and ability to lead and mentor junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends, correlations, and predictive factors related to workforce dynamics.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations on HR metrics, providing actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain the administration of the HRIS (Dayforce) and the ATS, ensuring data integrity, security, and optimal performance.
  • Collaborate with HR business partners and other departments to understand their analytical needs and deliver customized solutions.
Requirements

You have direct experience in people analytics and HRIS data and system management. You have excellent project management skills and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines. You are highly proficient in Dayforce and can efficiently and effectively manage HRIS platforms.

You are able to collect, clean, and analyze employee data, including demographics, recruitment, performance, engagement, retention, diversity, and compensation metrics. You are able to deliver detailed, accurate, and actionable insights, and you are able to translate complex data and technical concepts for non-technical senior-level audiences.

You thrive in an independent role and can work towards multiple deadlines as part of a busy People team supporting hundreds of employees. You are detail-oriented and highly analytical, and you take ownership of your work and are driven to succeed in a demanding, high-growth, fast-paced environment.
