Job Title: Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

Join Luxoft's Business Intelligence team as a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst and contribute to the development of innovative solutions that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of portfolio and deal structures, including securities and investment products.
  • Configure, maintain, and upgrade P&L systems and related source systems.
  • Contribute to data architecture decisions to ensure future-state solutions meet team and client needs.
  • Build cross-functional reports using Qlikview/QlikSense, Python, Snowflake, Excel, Power BI, and SAP Hana.
  • Analyze, monitor, and confirm methodologies and accuracy of calculations impacting reports.
  • Manage implementation of new checks across systems and reporting infrastructure.
  • Coordinate with teams to complete projects, capture and document requirements, and communicate effectively.
  • Communicate with internal clients to ensure requirements are met and delivered solutions are validated and accepted.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree in a technical field (Finance, IT, Mathematics).
  • Professional designations (CFA, FRM, PRM) or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of investment industry experience, preferably with derivative instruments.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Financial Services, preferably with pension funds.
  • Proficiency with SQL, spreadsheets, database applications (SAP Hana), and general-purpose programming languages (Python).
  • BI tool experience (Qlikview/QlikSense, Power BI) and report design, implementation, and data modeling.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in configuring and maintaining production systems (P&L systems).
  • Basic knowledge of SDLC, SaaS, and DevOps concepts, and change management processes.
  • Practical product knowledge with a solid understanding of theoretical fundamentals, especially derivative valuations and structures.
  • Diligent with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to think conceptually and creatively, always looking for new ways of doing work.
